Everyone on your toes and prepare well for your examinations!

Remember that ballet examinations are performance exams...Nerves must fly out the door!

Some pointers to remember

• Know your work
• Work Carefully so that your presentation is accurate
• Show the details of your technique...pointed toes, turnout feet, well held bodies and lovely lines and eye focus, articulate footowork and elegant arms.
• Relax so that you can give the best performance possible
• Listen to your music. Let the music take you.
• Dance with your heart

Happy New Year Everyone! Hello 2009

A New Year! A New Start! so wake up wake up everyone!

Classes started on Sunday....so all those lazybones that did not show up time to get back into action.

Gloom and challenges have been predicted but remember it is up to us to see the cup as half full or half empty...... let's look at how over flowing our cup has been!

We have had good times...made good friends and all of us have a better life than more than half the world!. Let's be thankful, grateful and make the best of all we have. Nothing comes for free...we have to work for it ...be it our dreams, our studies, our careers and even our friendships....Have a fabulous year everyone!
